About Charles Oppenheim:
Until 2009, Charles was Professor of Information Science and Head of the Department of Information Science at Loughborough University. He is currently a Visiting Professor at two UK Universities and a Senior Consultant with Naomi Korn Associates. He also worked for many years in the electronic publishing industry.
Charles has been involved in, given talks on, and published on Intellectual Property Rights and other legal issues relevant to library and information work and to academic research. He has published well over 500 journal articles, conference papers, reports and books. He is also involved in developing Green Party policy on Intellectual Property Rights. @CharlesOppenh
